* Estonian World Congress (ÜEKN) Executive delegate

I am born and raised in Toronto; my maternal grandparents escaped from Estonia to Canada after WWII, the legacy of which lives on in 16 grandchildren across four countries, all of whom speak Estonian amongst each other. I serve as the Youth Director on the executive of the Estonian Central Council in Canada, and am a co-founder of the non-profit Worldwide Estonian Youth Network. I have had the privilege of spending a lot of time in Estonia and believe that all interested youth with Estonian roots should have the opportunity to do so (with funding options), be it for language training, employment, academic exchanges, cultural reasons, or more!

I'm actively involved in the Estonian-Canadian community; among others I am a volunteer contributor to the Eesti Elu newspaper (which anyone reading this should subscribe to!) and an alumnus of Metsaülikool.
